A separate leak from tipster Galaxy Flash has since added further detail, particularly around thermal management and battery chemistry.
Display
According to Tech Info, the Galaxy S27 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.9-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, capable of reaching peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits. The display is also said to be protected by Gorilla Glass Armor 2, Corning’s latest protective glass technology, offering improved scratch resistance and better anti-reflective properties compared to previous generations.
Performance and Memory
On the performance front, the leak points to a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipset, specifically the Galaxy-optimized variant Qualcomm has previously customized for Samsung’s flagship devices. This would be paired with LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.0 storage, both representing next-generation memory and storage standards that haven’t yet become widespread across the smartphone industry.
Separately, tipster Galaxy Flash claims the Galaxy S27 Ultra will use a 2nm SD8G6P processor, which appears to align with the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chip referenced in the earlier leak, suggesting some consistency between the two independent sources on this particular detail.
Camera System
The rear camera setup is rumored to be genuinely ambitious. According to the leak, the Galaxy S27 Ultra could feature a 200-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), paired with a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens offering 3x zoom, and a second 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera capable of 5x zoom. Up front, the device is expected to include a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

Since silicon-carbon batteries generally offer higher energy density, a slightly smaller-capacity silicon-carbon battery could potentially deliver comparable or even better real-world battery life than a larger traditional lithium-ion cell, so these two figures aren’t necessarily contradictory once battery chemistry is factored in.
