Oppo Find X10 Pro Max May Feature Triple 200MP Cameras, New Leak Suggests

Oppo’s upcoming Find X10 series is shaping up to include three models at launch: the standard Find X10, the Find X10 Pro, and the range-topping Find X10 Pro Max. Until the even more powerful Find X10 Ultra arrives, expected sometime in the first half of 2027, the Pro Max is set to serve as Oppo’s flagship offering for the remainder of this year, meaning it’s likely to arrive with the company’s most advanced camera hardware to date.

A new leak from tipster Digital Chat Station has now given a detailed early look at what that camera system might include.

An Ambitious Triple 200MP Camera Setup

According to the leak, an engineering prototype of the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max, powered by the 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset, is currently being tested with an unusually ambitious triple 200-megapixel rear camera configuration.

The setup reportedly consists of a 200-megapixel primary camera using a sensor sized around 1/1.3 inches, a 200-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a slightly smaller 1/1.5-inch sensor, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, also built around a 1/1.3-inch sensor. Having all three rear lenses share the same 200-megapixel resolution would be a fairly rare approach in the smartphone industry, where manufacturers typically reserve their highest resolution for the primary sensor while using lower-resolution ultra-wide and telephoto lenses.

According to the tipster, Oppo is hoping to carry this same triple 200MP configuration through to the final retail version of the device, rather than scaling it back during final production, something that occasionally happens with ambitious camera prototypes due to cost or component availability. The leak also hints that the Find X10 Pro Max could launch sometime between September and October, arriving alongside other flagship smartphones expected to debut with similarly revised specifications during that window.Oppo Find X10 Pro Max Final Unit Tipped With Triple 200MP Cameras

Display: A Massive 6.89-Inch 2K Panel

Beyond the camera system, the Find X10 Pro Max is expected to feature a large 6.89-inch LTPO OLED display supplied by BOE, offering 2K resolution and a smooth 144Hz refresh rate. The panel is also said to support the BT.2020 color gamut, a wider color standard than the more commonly used DCI-P3 gamut, potentially offering more accurate and vibrant color reproduction. Reports also point to ultra-thin bezels surrounding the display, continuing the trend of shrinking bezels seen across recent flagship devices.

Software and Additional Camera Details

On the software side, the Find X10 Pro Max is expected to ship with ColorOS 17, built on top of Android 17, keeping it in line with Oppo’s usual software update cadence for flagship devices.

Rounding out the imaging hardware, the rear camera system may also include a dedicated 3-megapixel multispectral sensor, a component typically used to improve color accuracy by better analyzing ambient lighting conditions before a photo is captured. Up front, the device is expected to house a 50-megapixel selfie camera with autofocus support, which should help improve sharpness in close-up shots and group selfies compared to fixed-focus front cameras.

What’s Still Unknown

At this stage, no information has surfaced regarding the Find X10 Pro Max’s battery capacity or charging speeds, both of which will likely be among the last details to leak ahead of an official announcement. Given the phone’s premium positioning and large display, these figures will be worth watching closely once more concrete leaks emerge.

What This Could Mean for Oppo’s Flagship Lineup

If Oppo does manage to bring this triple 200MP camera system to market unchanged, the Find X10 Pro Max could stand out as one of the more camera-focused flagships released this year, potentially pressuring rivals to match similar sensor specifications in their own top-tier devices. As with all pre-launch leaks, these details should be treated as testing-stage information rather than confirmed final specifications, since engineering prototypes can and sometimes do change before mass production begins.
