Apple announced the new iPad Pro on October 15, 2025, with it officially hitting stores on October 22, 2025, marking one of the biggest leaps for the iPad Pro lineup in years with massive upgrades in AI performance, graphics, display tech, and wireless connectivity.
Powered by the Apple M5 chip, the iPad Pro 13-inch delivers outstanding performance for effortless productivity and advanced AI workflows, featuring a stunning Ultra Retina XDR display, superfast Wi-Fi 7, and 5G Cellular with Neural Accelerators for AI workloads. It runs on the all-new iPadOS 26 with a redesigned Liquid Glass interface and a flexible windowing system for true multitasking.
The iPad Pro M5 features up to 2TB of storage and 16GB of memory, delivering next-generation speed and the power of on-device AI to all your tasks. The 13-inch model also supports LiDAR, has a landscape-oriented 12MP TrueDepth front camera with Center Stage, a 12MP wide rear camera that shoots 4K video, and a studio-quality four-mic array with a four-speaker sound system.
The iPad Pro 13-inch M5 measures just 5.1mm thin and weighs 579g, making it incredibly portable for its large screen size. It is fully compatible with Apple Pencil Pro and the Magic Keyboard, transforming it into a complete portable workstation for creators and professionals.
The 13-inch model starts at $1,299 for Wi-Fi only and $1,499 for Wi-Fi + Cellular.
